Annie is 16hh and 5 TB according to jockey club as of January 1st. Not raced no tattoo but I have JC paperwork.

I train horses for a living and I got Annie with the intention of keeping her, but decided to find her a home as my life got crazy with a second baby on the way.
She is very affectionate and loves to be groomed! Easy to handle on the ground, ties, cross ties, lunges, loads and trailers easily, good for farrier. She is well started under saddle walk, trot, canter, small jumps. Not spooky and is used to livestock(cows, goats, sheep, chickens), loud kids, dogs underfoot.
I wouldn't recommend a beginner rider since she is so young, but intermediate with a trainer should be fine.

She adores her chest and neck being curried, gets her lip going and stretches her neck. She's smart too. Everyday at feeding she waits by the barn door and as soon as she sees me nickers. Doesn't follow me into the barn, but stands at the door and watches me make grain, like she has to supervise :)

In a pre purchase it was discovered that she has some calcification in her left front coffin bone. But there is no lameness or discomfort under saddle with shoes on. I would say it was extreme caution but would recommend she become a good family riding horse for trails and arena work. No serious athletics. She has the temperment to be a good lesson horse with more experience.

She is a stunningly beautiful mare. And a great temperment. Never had that racing training - just excellent basic training for a saddle horse. Contact Sarah at 707-367-7112.
