I am trying to find a home for an Arabian mare named Natasha.  She is about 19 years old and 14.2 hh.  We have been caring for her but she is too small for any of us to ride.  I understand she was used as a gymkhana horse.  The local farrier Casey Minton knows her and says she is a really sweet horse.  The local vet, Dr. Witt has some knowledge about her health, as I had called him to give her a check and shots.  He remembered her.  As far as I know she has no health or lameness issues and had her teeth floated this year. She is up to date on shots and  hoof trimming.  She has one eye duct that is plugged due to an old injury before we took her.  She needs to find a  home with someone who would love her.  I understand she has been bounced around to several owners in the past. Animal Control has been involved a few times. The last one almost starved her to death.  We took her in because she was in such poor condition and we just couldn’t leave her like that but we cannot keep her longterm.    Natasha is in Redwood Valley.
