He's a great horse, unfortunately with 2 kids + full time job, I can't give him the attention he deserves. He went from a busy boarding facility with 50+ horses to a backyard barn with a mini and a three legged sheep, and handled the change well. He follows his people around like a dog and stands quietly without a halter to be groomed. He is quite adaptable.

He is coming back to work after a stifle injury – he received complete care (IRAP + Shockwave) and should be completely sound. The stifle injury was to the right, with mid grade tears to medial and lateral meniscus and lateral patellar. I will share all vet records. He has received IRAP and shock wave (started in feb and last session in April). By end May ultrasound, both meniscus were largely resolved and the patellar was well on the way. Next ultrasound is august and then he should be clear to start work.

Odie is looking for a forever home. He's a tattooed 13 yr 17h TB, but never raced, and has been with me for the past 5 years. Beautiful dark bay with only a bit of a star. For the 5 years I've had him, he has been in full training with a trainer (Andrea @ Chocolate Horse). He had a very novice and timid rider as a sponsor for several months and was an angel for her. He is a solid citizen! He is a total sweetheart - loves to be around people. He is very easy to ride on the flat, over fences and on the trail. He has successfully evented novice, although not for a few years (completed under the name Odelay), and would be suitable for someone looking for an honest, willing partner for dressage and low jumping. He would also make a great backyard horse, husband horse or occasional trail partner. No vices, no spook. Stands for the farrier and vet.
